super bowl hang over - no pizza after 2pm and only one slice.

My bloos sugar was high this moring by 100 points. No drinking but I did eat a ton of veggies, fruit and 2 slices of pizza late in the game. Lesson learned. No pizz after 2 pm and only one slice. Nothing bad , new rule gained.

2 weeks in to my 365 days of diet and fitness

Im 2 weeks in to my PN coaching experience. So far easy. Im taking it slow, not striving for perfection and making time for the program. I'm coming off another program where I have been eating whole unprocessed food and I feel pretty good. The tips I have so far are 1) ask for help when you need it 2) Be patience 3) trust the program Im fighting the urge to study up and go all in at 100 mph. This is 365 days and I can't go 100 mph for that long. I don't have the time to study up sp I have 1 hour a day to workout and 20min to do the daily reading. That is all I am going to do.
